International Day of Education
Alongside our global partners, we are celebrating the strides made towards achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4), highlighting partnerships, successful projects, innovative solutions and more. We also recognize the work that still needs to be done to uphold the promise of SDG4 and ensure that everyone has lifelong access to quality education.
We are committed to our work to transform the lives of millions through education. We believe that access to inclusive and equitable quality education is at the core to achieving SDG4, and it is also essential to achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to ensure no one is left behind. Only through multilateral collaboration, cross-sectoral partnerships, innovative financing and creative solutions can we achieve SDG4.
We all have a role to play, big or small, when it comes to promoting the right to education. On this day, the International Day of Education, let’s all commit to education and commit to doing more.
