PEIC at HBKU Majlis

The PEIC team presented at the Hamad Bin Khalifa University College of Law and Public Policy (HBKU CLPP) majlis session on 18th January 2017. The presentation was intended to introduce PEIC’s projects to the students, inform them of our work and activities, and raise their interests to allow them to engage in an interactive discussion with the team members with the prospect of finding possible future opportunities for their involvement.

The presentation outlined the legal, education, and technical projects. The projects brought to focus were those regarding Domestic Implementation; the International Criminal Court’s Policy on Children; the Safe Schools Declaration; Armed Non-State Actors; PEICs recent partnership with the Whitaker Peace and Development Initiative; and Monitoring and Reporting of attacks on education.
