Integrated Social Protection Development Programme
Project Status
The Integrated Social Protection Development Programme (ISPDP) is part of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Pakistan’s flagship social protection programme. The initiative aims to alleviate the poverty of poor women and their families through stronger social protection and climate resilience, improved access to education, and better access to health services and nutrition.
Within the broader programme, EAA-EAC support is focused on access to primary and secondary education for children and adolescents of poor families. The primary-education component aims to enrol 960,000 out-of-school children by the end of 2025.
